HEALTHY EATING

Eating healthy is a very important part of a healthy life style. That is why in this lesson we are going to learn how to have a balanced diet and how to design a healthy menu!

Let´s start by looking at a food pyramid and the different food groups  represented according to how important they are in our diet:

  1. Hello everybody,I am going to explain my favourite recipe: GARLIC PRAWNS

    INGREDIENTS:

    -A pack of prawns
    -Half parley
    -Half a clove of garlic

    Process:

    1_.Chop some garlic and some parsley
    2_.Put some oil in a casserole with water.
    3_.Add the choped garlic and parley to the casserole
    4_.WHen it is warm add the peeled prawns
    5_.When you see the prawns very pink you take them out and eat it

    Be patient, the prwns are very hot.
